Q: How often is the References to the EPC book published?
A: Usually two or three versions a year are published. Typically a version is published soon after the EPC Guidelines are finished (nowadays in November). This version is useful for the following EQE.
In April a version may be published which incorporates the law changes entering into force at that moment. This version is useful for candidates preparing for the EQE in the year after.
Q: Can I get a subscription to References to the EPC?
Q: Can I buy an update and get a discount?
A: No, starting at 2009 the book is no longer issued as a loose leaf edition with a binder, where the update did not include the binder. An update is now, in fact, an entirely new copy of the book, updated for the new year. No discount is available for an update.
Q: Does the author publish any other books on this or a related subject?
A: Yes, the author has written a detailed book on EQE Paper C and produced several booklets with a detailed analysis of the C papers. The Book and the booklets can be ordered at DeltaPatents.
His colleague Cees Mulder has written a book called The Cross-Referenced Patent Cooperation Treaty (see www.helze.com for details), which may be of interest to you.
